1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jays9 ("jays9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://jays9.onl ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jays9 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services provided through the jays9 Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, slots, promotional offers, and all financial transactions processed through the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matching deposit credits awarded by jays9 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User's nominated payment method into their jays9 Account.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real-money balance from a User's jays9 Account to a nominated payment method.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry placed by a User using funds from their Account on any game or market offered by jays9.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which accessing the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The jays9 Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. jays9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an underage user will be forfeited and may not be withdrawn.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering and using the jays9 Platform. jays9 does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from Restricted Territories do so at their own risk and jays9 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the jays9 Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on jays9, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use false information, assumed identities, or another person's details during registration.

4.2 Identity Verification

jays9 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") at any point following registration, and in all cases prior to processing a withdrawal request. KYC documentation may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by jays9 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. jays9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for additional account security. You must notify jays9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. jays9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a failure to protect your login credentials.

5 Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jays9 accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jays9 does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to clear, subject to the processing times of the originating financial institution. jays9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and may vary. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page within your Account at the time of deposit. jays9 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected users where possible.

5.4 Funds Ownership

By depositing funds into your jays9 Account, you confirm that the funds originate from a source under your lawful ownership and control, and that they are not derived from any unlawful activity. jays9 maintains the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with its compliance obligations and to freeze or report transactions that raise reasonable suspicion.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Account holders are processed on the same business day, typically within two to four hours of submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the following business day.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jays9 requires that: (a) the Account holder's identity has been fully verified via KYC; (b) the withdrawal amount does not include uncleared bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements; and (c) the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 has been met.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. jays9 reserves the right to request that a withdrawal be processed via an alternative verified channel if the original deposit method is unavailable for payouts.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. These limits are displayed in the Account cashier section and may be subject to review for high-value accounts on a case-by-case basis. jays9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests that significantly exceed a user's typical transaction history.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jays9 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the promotion. Where a general condition and a promotion-specific condition conflict, the promotion-specific condition prevails.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum bet size, eligible game contributions, and expiry date are stated in each individual promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jays9 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering requirement risk, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, and exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations. Any Account found to be abusing bonus offers will be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from abusive behaviour may be voided at jays9's sole discretion.

7.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

jays9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. A promotion that has already been credited to an Account in good faith will be honoured subject to its stated terms at the time of crediting, except in cases of system error or bonus abuse.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the jays9 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems operated by licensed third-party Game Providers. jays9 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical failure during a game session, the round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Account, subject to the relevant Game Provider's technical error policy.

8.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. jays9 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a palpable pricing error has occurred. In-play bets are accepted at the risk of the user; jays9 may suspend or restrict in-play markets at any time due to match incidents, data feed issues, or risk management requirements.

8.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body or Game Provider. In cases of dispute, the decision of jays9's trading team, based on available official data sources, is final and binding. Protests regarding settled bets must be submitted to [email protected] within 48 hours of settlement.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Single bet maximum payout limits apply across all sports and casino products. Current limits are published in the relevant game or betting product information page. jays9 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single event or game session where the payout exceeds established risk thresholds.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jays9 Platform and will result in Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access account data, or interfere with Platform operations.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 7.3.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing jays9 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any component of the Platform's software or game content.

10 Responsible Gaming

jays9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The following tools are available to all Account holders and can be activated through the Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of your current gaming session and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account for a defined period ranging from 30 days to a permanent ban.
• Cool-Off Period: Impose a short-term pause of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days during which you cannot place bets or make deposits.

Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed before the chosen end date. jays9 will honour all self-exclusion requests and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded accounts during the exclusion period. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jays9 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game content licensed from Game Providers, text, images, and graphics, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of jays9 and the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of jays9 intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jays9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, business interruption, or damage resulting from reliance on Platform content.

jays9 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. jays9 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime and to restore full service as promptly as possible following any interruption.

jays9's total aggregate liability to any individual User under these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy and Data

jays9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

jays9 uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. jays9 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data shared with licensed Game Providers is limited to what is technically necessary for game session delivery and is governed by those providers' own data processing agreements.

14 Termination and Account Closure

14.1 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your jays9 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.2 Closure by jays9

jays9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory; or receipt of a legal or regulatory directive requiring closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, jays9 may retain any balance in the Account to offset losses or costs arising from that breach.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jays9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, jays9 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jays9 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the jays9 customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact jays9 support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint and allow jays9 a period of thirty (30) calendar days to attempt resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.
